Customers consistently praise the company's punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing for garage door repairs and installations. Reviewers highlight the staff's ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide clear explanations, with many noting rapid response times and helpful follow-up. However, a small number of lower-rated reviews criticize the lack of timely follow-up on estimates and the absence of a warranty on specific repairs, indicating occasional inconsistencies in post-service support.
