I was involved in a car accident in August of 2022. An underinsured motorist had rear-ended me. I had to deal with her insurance and my insurance due to her being underinsured. I was feeling uneasy about what I needed to do and the insurance companies were asking me to sign documents that I was not comfortable signing. I decided it was best to get an attorney who deals in these types of cases. I called the office of Marcus and Mack. They listened to what I had to say and gave me some advice. I hired them to handle my case and never had to speak to the insurance companies again. They handled everything and kept me informed. They answered all my questions and were able to get me the best settlement possible. I would recommend them to anyone in this type of situation. They were great to deal with and I appreciated all their help.

This is the second time I've had Marcus & Mack represent me when dealing with an auto insurance claim. They go above and beyond what I've asked of them both times. Bevan and the crew handled everything dealing with the claim and the legal aspects. Everything went very smooth and I was mailed a check quickly. Hands down the best experience. They checked up on me while I was healing from my car accident. By doing there follow up calls. Listened to my stories as I was updating them on the worst time of my life and settled really quickly with the insurance companies. I am so happy the case is closed. They do calls and texts and the staff there is super friendly, experienced and helpful from my time working with this group. Sharon and Bevan thank you for dealing with me through this difficult time! To the attorney and the rest of the team that did their part huge thank you. LThe attorney fees were reasonable as well.
