This place changed my life! Dr Bowen and her staff have helped me in more ways than I can count. When I've been at my very worst as a person and felt like I had no way to overcome my addiction, they were there to lead me out of the pit of despair I found myself in. Not only that, they've held my hand throughout the entirety of the process. Everyone there wants better for their patients and go above and beyond to make sure that we feel seen and that we have the tools necessary for change. Zsarina, her office manager is one of the kindest people I've ever met and Dr Bowen is tough but only because that's what her patients need most, someone that will no longer accept their excuses. I dont know where id be without them!!

I have struggled with addiction over half my life, Until the day that I decided to go to 'Restoration as a Journey' Dr. Margaret Bowen in her Staff saved my life. Dr. Bowen & Ms. Graves & the Entire Staff is the reason I'm alive today. There Compassion and Care along with the Program set in place is without a doubt a Life Changing. They Care about you like family and Group is Different than any other Group I've ever attended...I mean if I have an appointment and can't attend Group it is very Disappointing to me. I'm so Thankful for a Place with Staff that I know if I need them.......there only a phone call away.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowen’s for almost 2 years now. Her team is very supportive and compassionate! They are also very committed to their treatment plans for each and everyone of their patients. I highly recommend for anyone who’s struggling with addiction or mental health needs she’s your go to! They don’t look at you as if you’re a patient . They treat you like family. They genuinely care about your everyday life obstacles and try to help make your futures brighter whether it be finding other resources or giving advice . I truly love Dr. Bowen and everything she has done for me.. I honestly do not know where I’d be if it wasn’t for her and her team. ❤️

Dr. Bowen is very rude and very unprofessional, she tried to get me to sign a piece of paper so that all my future drug tests be sent to my PO and told me if I didn’t that she would drop me as her patient so I left. Do not go here if you want help

I've spent many years struggling with addiction after a bad accident that caused excruciating pain. In those years I spent a lot of time in behavioral health and rehab facilities, upwards of 30 of them unfortunately it wasn't until I found Restorations Is A Journey that my recovery started. Dr. Bowen and Miss Grays are 2 of the most exceptional human beings I have ever dealt with in this field. 1000% non judgmental and always concerned for the well being of their patients. Doesn't matter how many times you make a mistake and have a set back they are always there for you and only care about your best interests. I've been on MAT programs before and none of them compare to the level of compassion and respect that all of the ladies here have for you. You're not just a number, or another failed UDS they genuinely want to help you get to a better, safer, healthier version of yourself. And it isn't a 1 size fits all kinda thing they really work with you individually to make sure you're getting the very best out of the treatment they have to offer. They will go above and beyond and out of their way for you. In today's world if you don't stop using you are going to DIE. No ifs or maybe's only WHEN. Relapse is part of recovery we all may not fall first before we get it but most of us do and I wouldn't be alive typing this review if it was not for the team at Restorations Is A Journey, bottom line. Sometimes we feel ashamed of relapsing and just don't go back into treatment and that is a sure way to end up dead. Go back however many times it takes for YOU to accomplish getting and staying drug free because we do recover and this program is the best place to start. Even the intake process was so easy. I called at 9am they told me to come in and start the process I was there for approximately 4 hours maybe a little more, it's very comfortable with nice, quiet, private spaces so you can relax as much as possible during the intake. I left there with a prescription for the medication in hand. The dr also prescribes psychiatric medication for depression, anxiety etc. They aren't the kind of program that has mandatory groups and counseling and punish you for missing them, yeah they have groups and counseling but they are so much more considerate of your time than any other clinic I've experienced. I had a hard time getting off of benzos and it took me a long time but she worked with me, NEVER decreased my meds or made me do more groups/counseling. Oh yeah, they have a no tolerance policy with benzos even if you get them prescribed but as I said they were very chill during the process that took months btw. But just know, Restorations Is A Journey is NOT your average MAT program, they have truly set the bar higher and if you're reading this and are looking into the program for yourself or a loved one I assure you you'll be in good hands with them. Also they have Brixaldi and Sublocade options and a transportation service in case you struggle getting there every week. You have nothing to lose, it's only up from HERE!

Restoration is a Journey has changed my life and can change yours too! I started the journey almost 5 years ago when I got pregnant with my youngest! Dr Bowen has been there by my side though the unexpected and helped me in so many ways. Ms. Graves has helped me to stay positive though all the storms and always gives the best advice! I have a totally different outlook on life and enjoy every minute of it now! I have seen too many people take different routes with addiction that resulted badly and many in death. I'm so thankful for this program, Dr. Bowen and her staff! I strongly recommend Restoration is a Journey to anyone is ready to finally fight addiction and live a better life!!

This is a great place to go if you are in need of substance abuse and mental health help. Everyone makes you feel relaxed and cared for. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about recovery. Dr. Bowen has always treated me very kindly and compassionately. She listens to concerns and comes up with a plan to help better your life. She is always uplifting and telling me she is proud of my progress. Mrs. Angie is awesome and always puts a smile on my face when I walk in the door. She also genuinely cares about you and it shows.The staff doesn’t treat you like some random person off the street that screwed up their life. Everyone in the office has always been very respectful to me and I appreciate it very much. They do not make you feel judged or different. To me, little things like that make a difference when coming to a place for recovery. If you need help, give it a try. They make recovery achievable!
