I arrived around 10:30 am on Saturday the lady at the shop was by herself.. she was helping a young lady trying on a dress, about 7 mins. Later she acknowledged I was there .she did ask if I need help..of course insisted "yes" but I see you are busy; she smiled. Continued to help the young lady another few minutes another young lady walked in stated she was there to pick up her wedding dress, she stoped everything and helped the lady that walked in. By now I felt as if I was on my own . 🫣 Sadly but no help, no acknowledgement of my needs.. don't think I'll be back .

Talk about customer service you can’t beat! Other than being the best they literally saved the day with my aunts dresses for her granddaughters 15 they tailored her dresses to perfection and got it done before schedule will highly recommend to anyone I will never use anyone else in my life!

Marina Bridal Shop exceeded my expectations! The owner greeted me warmly and was eager to create any style I desired tall short or long. The uplifting atmosphere made it perfect for any occasion making me feel at home. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to leave a 4 star. I'm visiting from out of town for a special event. The zipper on the dress I was going to wear broke. My sister in law asked the owner if she could fix it because it was last minute. The owner said she could, which I was grateful for and was not expecting she could. When I brought it in at the exact time she told me to be there, she seemed bother that I came. She said she was busy today, understandably so, and couldn't have it ready early, which was also understandable. My issue is that she proceeded to ask me if I was sure that the dress even fit me. She scolded me because I didn't bring the dress on a hanger and that It was wrinkled (I brought it in a suitcase and would steam on my own). I said thank you, and she didn't respond. When I picked it up, she didn't even acknowledge me, and when I said thank you again, she didn't respond. The other woman working there did reply and was very nice. I will say she did finish it before the time she said, and it was well done, and really good price. The unprofessional comments were not needed

Awesome place to get your all of your suits & dresses for weddings. Alterations can be done as quickly as within a week! Everyone there is extremely helpful & knowledgeable & clearly love what they do. I highly recommend this place for all your bridal needs!
