Customers describe the staff as friendly and knowledgeable, noting that they provide helpful advice without pressuring purchases. Reviewers frequently mention fair pricing and observe that the tanks are clean with healthy fish. The store is noted for mixing tropical fish with RC hobby supplies, which some customers find confusing. A recurring criticism involves unresponsiveness during late afternoon hours and a refusal to handle complex tank repair jobs.

This place will help with snails some call some snails nucense snails. I took my snails to this place and they took them.I also took some fish they take. It's a good place for education also. I purchased the snails for a beta to control algae in the tank.
When to purchase some tropical freshwater fish they were very healthy and doing well
4 meses pra entregar 2 polvos.
Not willing to accept challenging jobs waste of time calling them if you need your tank fixed

Tanks were very clean. Animals all looked healthy. Mixed in with a RC hobby shop. Only suggestion is tidying the place up. Very small and a lot of clutter.

You apparently posted a review for the wrong business. We are located in Spencerport, NY and we do not sell octopuses. Please kindly remove your review of our business.

You leave a negative review because we are to busy to fix a leaking fish tank that would cost more to fix than buying a new one. Drop it it off with a $800 deposit and we will get it fixed for you. You are some Kind of special.

Excellent quality for a smaller family run aquarium store. Tanks appear clean and fish look healthy. prices are very fair. Definitely worth a visit if you've never checked it out. Would recommend a vehicle with decent ground clearance since the entrance to the parking lot is a bit gnarly.
It’s a bit of a hike for me to get there but was worth it. I wasn’t sure I was at the right place because I saw a rc car trraxxis banner in the window. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in but there’s tons of rc everything mixed in with fish. Oh and a bird and some black axolotl’s. I’m not into rc but I’m sure they have what you need there. I came for the fish! I glimpsed at the salt water real quick and the fish looked good. I have freshwater tanks and that’s what I was there for. I have to say all the tanks were clean. I didn’t see a single dead or sick fish in any of the tanks. All the fish were vigorous, lively and super healthy. Which is a big plus vs most other stores I’ve been to. It might be a little cramped a little crowded but if you’re there for nice fish it’s worth it. The husband and wife were nice and friendly. I’ll be back.
Excellent people who own and staff the store. Good advice and beautiful fish
