Purchasing an older home and wanted to do our due diligence. We've done this before and had lukewarm luck with inspections. Not this time, Marion and his son did a very thorough job looking over our house. Before they left, they quickly reviewed their findings and answered any questions we had. Then the next day a full report with photos (even drone shots) was received. Their fee, which also included testing for mold, wasn't cheap but neither was their work. We highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are buying an older home.

We had a great experience with our Marion Hodges! He was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to walk us through all of his findings to make sure we fully understood everything. He spent a significant amount of time on the phone with us answering our questions and explaining his recommendations. He was also incredibly responsive and always quick to answer our calls. Buying a home can be stressful, but his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond gave us a lot of peace of mind. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough home inspector.

We had a great experience working with Marion and Will for our home inspection! Both were incredibly thorough, very professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through their findings, clearly explain any areas of concern, and answer all of our questions. As new homebuyers, we really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to make sure we understood everything.
The inspection report was extremely detailed, well-organized, and easy to follow, which made it a valuable resource as we navigated the next steps in our home purchase. They were very timely with communications - we received a detailed walkthrough of the report in person on the day of the inspection, and received prompt follow-ups on the additional air quality, radon and plumbing inspections conducted. We felt confident that we had a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition thanks to their work. Would highly recommend Will and Marion to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home inspection team!

Marion Hodges home Inspection was referred to me by a friend, and from the very first conversation, I understood why. I have had several home inspections over the years, but this experience was truly exceptional and stood out above the rest. It began with Marion’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to answer my questions. He created a sense of confidence and trust right away with his positive attitude, knowledge, and attention to detail.
Throughout the entire process, Marion demonstrated a high level of expertise and customer care that exceeded my expectations. He took the time to thoroughly explain his findings in a detailed report, ensuring I understood every aspect of the inspection. His dedication, thoroughness, and commitment to excellence were evident from start to finish.
What impressed me most was not only the quality of the inspection itself but also the outstanding customer experience he provided. Marion’s professionalism, integrity, and friendly demeanor made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Marion to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented home inspector. He truly sets the standard for excellence in his field.

I can’t recommend Marion and Will Hodges enough! Our home inspection was extremely thorough, and they were prompt, punctual, and professional from start to finish.
What really stood out was the time they took to actually walk us through the inspection and their findings, rather than simply sending over a report and leaving us to decipher it ourselves. They explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was important and what to keep an eye on moving forward.
They also have an expansive network of trusted professionals they can recommend for home maintenance and repairs, many of whom they use for their own homes. That added another level of confidence and value to the entire experience.
As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how informative, patient, and thorough they were. We walked away feeling much more knowledgeable about the home we’re purchasing. Highly recommend Marion and Will!
