Mark Henry Plumbing and Heating Corp

I hired Mark and his expertise because my property was up for the local law 152 inspection that nyc mandates every 4 years. My original plumber gave me a run around for nearly a year and I wanted to get it done as I have alot of other obligations to tend to. After finding Marks number and seeing his great reviews I gave him a call and he was absolutely prompt, attentive and very professional and to the point. We set up a date to do the inspection and Mark came over in perfect timing and looked through my property and unfortunately it did not pass the first inspection. There were small things not up to code because I have a older property and I also had some conditions that needed to be improved upon which were all addressed and taken care of. He recommended me an excellent plumber named Gary, who just like Mark are very professional and know their craft very well. Mark stayed on the phone with him and explained all of the work that was necessary for me to pass inspection, which is huge. Its not easy for a non plumber to know all these things, so this was a huge help. Gary took care of the work, and Mark rescheduled for the 2nd inspection a few weeks later. And we passed on the 2nd time. He came in perfect timing again and took care of all the filing. Nyc has also changed this to where you can apply for these things online but it is not at all intuitive and ridiculously confusing. I am very proficient in tech and I would still be confused, but Mark laid everything out and also has the I structions necessary to follow so you can set up an account and pay for the filing inspections and see the status of your property on the nyc database. Overall I would absolutely recommend Mark and his services. He is an exceptional guy and he did an excellent job and I appreciate all of his help, advice and expertise and his recommendation for Gary. So that I now have a new plumber I can rely on when needed. Ill see you again in 4 years. Cheers. 🙏🏾.

Mark Henry is a Licensed Master Plumber and I hired him for an LL152 inspection. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. After his inspection, he took the time to explain the work that needed corrections, and was clear in communicating the type support hangers, type & color of paint that was required. Plumbing is not my wheelhouse, so the details and guidance he provided is incredibly helpful, in addition to saving time. I truly appreciate his honesty and transparency, which is something that’s hard to find these days. Mark made this a very smooth and straightforward experience, and I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs an LL152 inspection. He’s already in my calendar for the next required inspection. Thank you, Mark.

Excellent service regarding Local Law 152 inspection and reporting. Reasonable price, good communication, timely filing with the City.

Professional and reliable

I hired Mark Henry for an LL152 inspection and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He explained every step in detail, made the process easy to understand, and was completely transparent throughout. Mark is honest, trustworthy, and charges a very fair rate compared to the rest of the market. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing an LL152 inspection.

It is rare to find someone who goes above and beyond for a complete stranger, but that is exactly what Mark does. I reached out to him regarding a gas line integrity test, which is a task that falls outside his typical scope of work. Despite the fact that he could not take the job, he did not just move on and delete my message. Instead, he took the time to call me back and provide thorough, expert advice on how to navigate the process. He even provided a realistic price range so I could approach the project with confidence. He offered all of this guidance for free, proving that he is as sincere as he is knowledgeable. Although we have never met in person, Mark is officially my first choice for any future plumbing needs. He is a rare find in the industry (probably in any industry).

We hired Mark Henry Plumbing and Heating Corp to perform the Local Law 152 gas line inspection at 2701 Cropsey Avenue, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process clearly and honestly. Communication was effortless — he responded promptly and arrived exactly on schedule. His pricing was fair and transparent. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a gas inspection or plumbing services.

We had an excellent experience with Mark, a Licensed Master Plumber. From the moment we spoke, it was clear that he is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. What really stood out to me was his integrity—he took the time to explain everything clearly and did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, which is unfortunately rare these days. Mark gave us thoughtful, accurate guidance that ultimately saved us a significant amount of time, stress, and unnecessary expense. His transparency and willingness to educate rather than upsell truly set him apart. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced plumber. I will absolutely be using him again for our next required inspection. Thank you again, Mark—you made a complicated situation so much easier.
