Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing as key benefits of Marshall Cleaning Service. Reviews highlight effective results for carpet, dryer vent, and gutter cleaning, with technicians often described as knowledgeable and thorough. However, some lower-rated feedback indicates issues with post-service cleanup, specifically leaving debris or dust on property surfaces, and one report mentioned improper duct cleaning procedures that spread dust throughout the home.

I have a white Bassett couch that had some bad water stains. Basset recommended professional cleaning so I called Marshall's. They were friendly, efficient, on time for the scheduled cleaning and did a super job on a difficult stain since it had to be a no water cleaning procedure. They told me before the work that it would be unlikely they could remove the stains entirely but they worked hard and the couch is greatly improved. I am very happy. Thank you Brian and Noah. I will post before and after pictures
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Our team is thrilled Brian and Noah could help improve your couch. We appreciate your trust!
