This was the third time that I had Marshall’s Pressure Washing pressure clean my house and deck but this is the first time I’ve left a review. It was easy to book an appointment for Marshall’s for a cleaning session. Chris arrived on time and we walked through my expectations for the pressure washing. Working solo it took Chris only 3 hours to pressure wash my house, deck, deck rails, patio furniture and vinyl fencing. As usual the result was perfect. The house was sparkling and my Trex deck was clean and free of mold and mildew and undamaged from the power washing. The fence and furniture were gleaming. I live in the foothills and the high spring and summer humidity will take its toll on the deck again. I’ll definitely call Marshalls in the late summer to pressure wash again. Thanks Chris! Great job again!

My husband was not happy because I had booked Chris. He thought that we could do the job ourself. Before Chris finished my husband came in the house to thank me three times. Chris exceeded our expectations. He was on time, personable, and his work was excellent. Our goal is to get our home ready to sell. We both appreciate Chris’ excellent work.
