I had a great experience working with Samantha Le. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to handle the issues that arise with owing a small business and needing the perfect fit for space. I would 100% recommend her.
Samantha puts in effort in all of her listings whether large or small like mine. We leased a storefront for Lansing Ameri Pro Restoration location on South Cedar Street. Samantha was easy to communicate with and made herself available to show the property as requested.
We had a great experience working with Samantha Le to lease a second-generation restaurant space for our Middle Eastern restaurant. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Her experience in commercial real estate helped us secure the perfect location, and she made the leasing process much smoother than we expected. We highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for help with restaurant space or commercial real estate in Michigan.
Samantha has the perfect combination of expert knowledge and kind compassion that made the process of navigating this process seamless. We couldn’t have done it without her!
Thank you to Samantha Le for helping me relocate my dance studio to Holt, MI! I am extremely busy as a full-time business owner and mom and I was very grateful that even though Samantha was the Landlord’s agent at the center, she put in a lot of work to make what both the Landlord and I needed blend together. We looked at many possibilities and she is very knowledgable on the area and each facility she brought me to. She provided quick, accurate, and honest communication to help me make a decision and advocated for my needs in the deal. She went above and beyond to help my business be successful with the move under a specific timeframe, coordinated during build-out, and even followed up after the move and connected me with the Township to set up a ribbon cutting ceremony. I highly recommend her services!
Samantha Le was great to work with while we were opening our third tech repair location in Jackson, MI. Even though she was representing the landlord, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure communication stayed clear and smooth on all sides. She was easy to work with, straightforward, and genuinely focused on getting a deal that made sense for everyone involved. The process felt collaborative instead of transactional, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Samantha, we were able to land a space that worked well for our growth plans. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking to open or expand a business.
We highly recommend Samantha Le as a tenant representative agent. She is very knowledgeable on site selections and deal negotiations. We are a franchisee of a national brand and she was able to leverage this to secure us the best deal on multiple locations in the Rochester Hills and Bloomfield Hills market. We’re excited for our first location to open spring of 2026!
It was so great and affirming to work with Sam and the Martin Commercial Properties team! They were able to provide me with intentional property options for our new arts studio and made the process seamless and enjoyable! I truly appreciate the support and knowledge of their team and look forward to continuing to work with them.
Samantha Le at Martin Commercial Properties was invaluable in helping me find the right space for my new business. She helped guide me through the site selection process, came to all my site tours, and provided helpful (and professional) contractor referrals. Samantha was very knowledgeable and did whatever she could to help me reach my goal. I’d highly recommend her.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We loved being part of this exciting step—opening your first private occupational therapy office, especially one focused on pediatrics. Samantha will be thrilled to hear how helpful the site tours, referrals, and guidance were along the way. Wishing you continued success as you grow your practice and serve families in our community!
