My furnace was not catching up to set temp for 1 week. We first had Apollo come out, who diagnosed needing a new thermostat. We replaced the thermostat THREE TIMES!!!! Still wasn't catching up. We then called Martinov who found that we needed a new pump put on the furnace! They fixed it same day and took time to do a close inspection and do maintenance. Thank you Martinov for doing a fabulous, thorough job and not rushing through or ripping us off!!!!

I waited to write this review because i want to see how my system performed in the winter and summer. No Complaints Here ! Furnace Model (S9V2 96% Two Stage City Variable Speed Blower Motor ) Air Condition Model (4A7A3030 13 Seer).
I received quotes from two major companies $13000 and $11000 Wow Really ?
So I started looking for small contractors hoping to save money. After receiving quotes from four smaller contractors with an average cost $8000 . I was willing to take a chance
Then my wife said we should look them up on Better Business Bureau OMG two failed and two were not even listed (Check Martinov’s rating). So I kept looking and luckily I found Martinov. Not only did Martinov beat my lowest price they were offering a model that was an upgrade from all the quotes. Remember American Standard is the same as a Trane system. Now that I decided to go with Martinov I was soooo worried about the install. Let me say this about the install 100% satisfied (see pictures).

Anthony did my water heater maintenance. He was great, very thorough, very professional. I really appreciate that the techs use foot covers! I’m sure glad I had it done, as I never have before.
