Reviewers highlight the shop's ability to handle difficult pets, such as matted cats or anxious dogs, with gentle care and thorough communication. Customers frequently praise the staff's punctuality, willingness to accommodate last-minute requests, and reasonable pricing for services including nail trims and full grooms. However, several low-star reviews criticize instances where specific grooming requests were ignored, resulting in uneven cuts or shaved coats, alongside complaints about dismissive phone interactions and the disposal of pet collars.

First visit to Mary’s Grooming and it will certainly not be our last. Not only are their prices reasonable, but they delivered a high level of care and the services that they provided were quality.
My boy, Teddy Graham Crackers, was greeted by warm, friendly staff when we went in for his appointment. He came on out on time smelling fresh, with silky smooth fur and nails neatly trimmed.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
Services: Dog ear cleaning, Dog grooming, Dog bathing and blow dry
I’ve brought my dog here twice now and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. They do such a great job with him and even explain what’s more difficult for him during his grooming so I’m aware. Scheduling an appointment is always so easy and they’re super accommodating. I do think the price point they charge is worth it. They always get my Ollie man all fixed up. I definitely would recommend you to bring your pet here!

Mary’s Grooming is absolutely wonderful! After a terrible experience years ago, I never thought I’d be comfortable having my cat groomed again. They are kind, down-to-earth, very thorough, and so gentle with him. He comes home looking great without being traumatized, and we’re now becoming regular customers. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for the kind review. We love all our cats and we groom so many each day. They are all our little fur babies
Our Great Pyr hates having his front paws touched. He doesn’t bite but if you try to trim his front nails he flails around. Mary’s was able to get them trimmed when I had to have a vet fully sedate him last time. They are amazing!
Best grooming service my dogs ever received. This place is affordable, professional and you definitely feel the vibe that they love animals. Make sure you give Mary’s a chance and they won’t disappoint.
The absolute best grooming experience!
I took my cat in today to have his nails clipped
From the moment I walked in… The young girl Who greeted me was beyond pleasant
.. my cat had more than one accident in his carrier on the way to Be groomed.. The man who worked there just took the crate and brought it back cleaned up with the new towel 🥰
Mary, the owner was such a pleasant breath of fresh air
I stayed with my cat the whole time she trimmed his nails we chatted.. my cat was so relaxed and calm in her presence! I highly recommend this place for grooming
They have a lifetime customer with me!
I got an appointment for Chester my kitty who is my baby, she squeezed us in within a day, I called to check on him and he was just about finished and said he was purring at one point and he was matted pretty bad to where I couldn't get them out. I appreciate the care her shop gave my baby
My Shorkie, Sophie, has been going to Mary's, for years now.
I've tried a handful of so called groomers, that did a horrible job, and couldn't care less about animals.
Her love of animals and expertise will forever have me as a client, plus they're fantastic humans, which sometimes are hard to come by.
Just look at this adorable grooming job!😍
She looks like a puppy at almost 13 years old. ❤️

I would honestly recommend this place simply because they got my dog in on my time frame and he was done within an hour or two. I will say they work fast and i appreciated that so much! They also understood what I meant when I said my requests for my dogs haircut. This is the first place that after cutting him groomed he isn’t licking himself raw and his skin isn’t cut or irritated his skin looks amazing and he smells amazing! I’ll definitely be going back next month!!
