I cannot rate this business high enough! They had exceptional customer service, the friendliest staff, efficient service, and even offered to drop off our vehicle at our place of work (and did!). We came in because of a screw in our tire and left so pleased! Thank you, Mason and Sons!

Mason and Sons service sucks. It took 2.5 weeks to accomplish a 2 day job. My cluster was never programmed which is illegal and at check out i was being charged $125 for programming but I caught it. I dropped my car off with over a half tank of gas only to pick it up with the gas light on. My beige cloth interior looked like there was an oil fight inside. When I complained it was half cleaned. Horrible shop. Customer service sucks. Maybe it was because Im African American. Either way this was the worst car repair experience ever. I say stay away from Mason and Sons Automotive.
Super helpful and straightforward, this was the 4th place I took my Volvo and it should have been the first. They were honest and quick to get my car fixed up. Highly recommend.

I took my truck in Monday morning to have front end work done, oil change, and tire rotation. Turns out the front end work was serious. Bailey took care of me and had my truck back to me Tuesday evening. Great service!

What a wonderfully convenient, efficient, honest, reliable auto shop! I think that says it all but I will add that from start to finish it was a pleasure bringing my car there to be repaired and checked out. I have a 2013 BMW with low mileage but we all show some wear and tear at a certain age, and I had my small-medium sized problem fixed in a day. Thank you to all of you!!

I brought a 2020 Kia Sorento in for a prepurchase inspection. I can't recommend Mason & Sons enough. Their inspection helped identify safety and maintenance issues that I would've overlooked. I brought the report to the dealer and we were able to come to an agreement on work needed to be done and a better price on the vehicle. Now my wife and I feel completely confident driving our family around knowing that our new, used vehicle is where it needs to be both safety and mechanically. Thank you again Mason & Sons!
