Google reviewers rate the spa 4.9 out of 5 based on 354 reviews, frequently praising the clean environment, friendly staff, and effectiveness of deep tissue, Thai, and Swedish services. Customers often note reasonable pricing and the ability to accommodate short-notice appointments. However, recurring criticisms involve inconsistent pressure levels, where therapists sometimes ignored requests for softer touch, and communication issues regarding online booking confirmations and unexpected price adjustments for specific oils.

The staff is professional and friendly. I’ve been there a few times and had one very good massage and a few mediocre massages. I suppose it depends on who you get. I’d recommend it but only whoever gave me an above average massage that one time. But, they’re nice and it’s a clean place so that’s good things to have.

i had a mixed experience! i was told initially the price for a one hour "deep tissue" massage with Brenda was $100, any body else was $80. when i arrived i was told it was $150 for one hour with Brenda. so i decided the $80 massage. turns out it was $90 because i chose the lavender oil. and the other unusual occurrence was, the massue ladies switched half way through the massage. the initial lady was doing a good job with great pressure. she even asked if the pressure was satisfactory which i said yes. the second lady just rubbed on me, nothing more. when i paid, i paid with $90 thinking $10 for a tip. when i realized the $90 was for the massage, i only had a $50 bill and 4 one dollar bills. there was no offer for change so i gave the $4 for the tip, which by the way, was DEMANDED! the $4 was THROWN back at me! ended up being a lousy experience!

Had a wonderful full body massage with Brenda yesterday. It was deep tissue and also included a little bit of hot stones and warm oil massage. Felt amazing! She was very strong and adjusted to what felt good to me. I would highly recommend!

Truly exceptional massage! The most detail-oriented, attentive and talented massage therapist! We called for two couples massages totally without notice, they moved therapists around their two sites to accommodate us which was so appreciated! And the treatment? Without a doubt I have NEVER had such a thoroughly regenerative, relaxing and transformative experience! Thank you so much! We will be back on our next visit! We appreciate you and your care tremendously!!! Paymon & Sallie (from Boston), Kristin (From North Carolina) & Lora (From Georgia)!!

I had a great experience and I would have to rate the deep tissue massage as the absolute best I ever had! My wife and and were vacationing together in Santa Fe and was d felling the effects of the 1200+ mile dive from Alabama. Lin Lin was very professional and thank you Brenda for providing such a welcoming space! If I am ever back in the area I will definitely visit again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you’re traveling to Santa Fe, The Massage of Santa Fe is an absolute MUST! We loved it so much that we came back twice during our trip! The Thai massage was incredible—the technique, stretching, and attention to the body were exactly what I needed after traveling. It helped tremendously with jet lag, loosened up my entire body, and left me feeling refreshed and energized.
The therapists were so kind, knowledgeable, and talented. Truly one of the highlights of our time in Santa Fe. If you love a great Thai massage, do not miss this place! We will absolutely be back! ❤️🙌
