⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Accountability**
This review is not about Massey's services, but rather the company's lack of customer service, accountability, and concern for public safety.
An employee of Massey has repeatedly parked his company vehicle in front of my residence, despite not living in my building. What began as a parking concern escalated into a frightening situation involving damage to my vehicle and a physical assault by the driver. A police report was filed regarding these incidents.
I contacted Massey multiple times to report the situation and was repeatedly assured that my concerns would be escalated and addressed. Unfortunately, those assurances have resulted in no noticeable action. Even after the physical altercation, the employee continues to park his company vehicle directly in front of my residence, leaving both my child and me feeling intimidated and unsafe in our own neighborhood.
My understanding is that this employee has limited parking available at his own residence, but that should not become another resident's problem, especially when a company vehicle is involved in an ongoing dispute.
What disappoints me most is the repeated promises that this matter would be handled, only for the situation to continue. I expected a company with Massey's reputation and positive reviews to take allegations involving employee misconduct, harassment, and intimidation seriously.
**No woman or child should have to feel unsafe in their own neighborhood, especially after repeatedly reaching out to a company for assistance.**
Massey's lack of meaningful communication, follow-through, and apparent accountability has been extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders how it handles serious complaints involving employees and company vehicles.
**Customer service is not just about how you treat paying customers. It is also about how your company responds when its employees' actions negatively affect the community.**

I RECOMMEND Massey Services for annual termite inspection. FEMI, our inspector, was very PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, and PERSONABLE. He called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. After the inspection was complete, he shared that he would check on us between now and the next annual inspection which I didn’t expect and appreciate. Massey also has excellent customer service. Both times I called, the representatives were friendly and helpful.
