We purchased two king log beds and mattress. Had an issue with one of the beds and the Massey team provided exceptional customer service and had issue resolved very quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Massey Furniture.

My late grandmother used these fine folks for many years and now I am happy to be doing the same. My husband and I recently purchased our new mattress here and had it delivered today. Personalized and friendly service from Jeff. He helped us pick the right mattress on a Friday evening, set up a delivery date of Monday, payment was easy, and the delivery arrived around 10:40 am Monday morning as scheduled. The delivery team was fast, efficient, and they were very friendly. We will definitely be repeat customers here!
Excellent service, inventory and very professional. Quick delivery and easy to work with. Have bought futons, recliners, kitchen chairs and more over the years. The delivery is excellent as well. And we don't live that close to their store.
Since we came 6 years ago they have been so welcoming and helpful. I would recommend Mr. Massie gives such good direction and solutions to your needs. 4-30-24 Kevin and the whole team are such a blessing to us. Great store and operation run by Mr. Tom Massie, a true gentlemen. Great selection of furniture and appliances. Tom goes the extra mile to make you happy. They were able to get our table and chairs delivered on the same day we bought them which made our life much easier. We are new to the area and will be buying much more in the future from Massie Furniture. It will always be our first stop for furniture and appliances in Waynesville and should be yours too!
