Craig Mastantuono has been my attorney for the past 15 years. He’s handled my cases exceptionally well. I was once in a difficult situation where I had a misdemeanor charge against me while being a non-citizen of the U.S. for non citizens smallest, even misdemeanor infractions can result in deportation. Craig has found that the police improperly handled the search process, there were other procedural violations while I was being detained. He worked in tandem with my immigration attorney on every aspect of the case to make sure that not only the misdemeanor side of the case is resolved but also there’s no adverse consequences on the immigration side of the case. Needless to say my case was resolved and later I became a U.S. citizen. A decade later, I found myself in a domestic dispute where police was called and unfounded allegations were made. After working with the DA, Craig proved that I had done nothing wrong and the DA filed no charges against me. In every situation Mastatuno Law firm was very quick in reaching out to me, being compassionate in how they asked the questions of what happened and almost immediately found a resolution. At times it felt like they have a direct phone line to the DAs office and explained to them what really happened on my behalf. Having an amazing team of lawyers who have your back is an amazing feeling. While I hope I don’t ever have to use their services again, for obvious reasons, I know that if I do, Craig and his team will be there for me any day of the week, any time of the day.
