Carlos was excellent—responsive, thorough, honest, and fair.
We were having issues with our dishwasher, which is still under an extended warranty. Carlos took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the entire system and check all of the possible issues that could have been contributing to the problem.
Rather than recommending a repair that ultimately wouldn’t have been worth the cost, he was completely upfront with us and advised that we would be better off replacing the dishwasher through our extended warranty.
He absolutely could have taken advantage of the situation and charged us for a repair, but instead he gave us honest advice that will ultimately save us money.
That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Master of Appliances again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy appliance repair company.
