This Company is the best. My shower pipe was broken, and I was fully prepared to have drywall cut into when they did not have to because they were able to repair it without doing that. They are absolutely the best., I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend!! Will and his team did an outstanding job finding all the issues and lining our main drain that was cracked. They gave us the price upfront - which was a very real number not blown up like others. They called each day with an update on progress and worked into the evenings and weekend to get us back in our house. The quality of work is top notch. The team is very friendly and professional. we really enjoyed working with them.

I’ve used masters of disasters now twice for plumbing and water heater issues and both times I have been extremely impressed on how well their team communicates, explains the issues and options, and breaks down the pricing to understand they are always being fair and putting the customers needs first. I would certainly recommend this company and will continue being a loyal customer as needs arise. Thank you master of disasters for always meeting my needs and going above and beyond to feel valued and heard as a customer!
I can’t say enough good things about Masters of Disasters Plumbing crew (Will, Dean and Cedric) that came out to help us this past Tuesday, What impressed me most was their willingness to tackle, address, and correct plumbing issues that were discovered along the way. As the job progressed and additional work came up, these guys never seemed to give up or look for the easy way out. They were willing to put in the extra work needed to make sure the job was done right. It was obvious that they took pride in their work; not just in completing the job, but in being able to step back at the end of the day and know it had been done correctly. They also mentioned several times that we were neighbors, which brought a personal touch to the work they were doing. You could tell they weren’t just there to finish a job and leave, they genuinely cared about helping us out and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Another thing that stood out was how well their small three-man crew worked together. There was a clear level of respect between all of them. Everyone had a role, everyone listened, and everyone seemed equally invested in getting the job done correctly. I was especially impressed by how each of them seemed to take mental notes during conversations about what needed to be done and what parts or materials were needed. Nothing seemed to fall on just one person to remember, and their communication with each other showed in the quality of their work. They were also extremely cautious around our livestock. With curious animals nearby and open trenches being dug, they paid attention to their surroundings and made sure our animals weren’t put in a situation where they could accidentally step into a trench or get hurt. As someone with livestock, I definitely appreciated that extra attention. This also wasn’t my first experience with Masters of Disasters. Several years ago, I had an emergency situation on the farm where I needed someone with their digging experience. They didn’t hesitate to lend a helping hand then, and years later, they showed me that same willingness to help again. All in all, I’m impressed once again with Masters of Disasters and the way they do business. They’re hardworking, respectful, take pride in what they do, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure a job is done right. They’ve gotten me out of a tough situation more than once, and I’ll absolutely continue using and recommending them in the future.

I have used Masters of Disasters several times in the past to find leaks and make repairs. I always found them to be reasonable but not this last time when i had a irrigation leak that only required digging no more than 8 inches in the ground. They also didnt have to do a locate as I found the leak myself. They did replace a 15 ft section of pipe that ran from the leak thru a sleeve to the control box. They charged me $1,200 for 15 ft of flex pipe, 2 compression fittings, and digging about 8 inches of soil 1.5 ft long. They know they were ripping me off but i needed the leak fixed. Just didnt think this company would mistreat the elderly by ripping them off for a job that used $30 in parts and 30 minutes of labor. I hope the owner reads this review and goes back in his records to see the customer lived in Bentonville, AR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I dont see how they could win any award other than a company sworn to cheat its customers.
