Mat by Reform

Hosted a private backyard pilates class for my birthday this summer and I cannot thank Mat By Reform enough! From start to finish, Jess and Skylar made it all so seamless. Once the date was selected, all the details for class were handled by the studio, so I had one less things to prepare and handle for the party. All the equipment (mats, bands, wrist weights, etc.) was included. My friends loved that they each got a set of grippy socks for class and to have as a souvenir after a challenging and fun workout. They even surprised me with a birthday goodie bag! Skylar and Rey took the trip here and set everything up before the girls arrived for the party. Skylar organized and instructed the perfect class, especially as it was a big group of individuals with mixed levels of experience in pilates. She made sure each person was comfortable in the movements but still challenged each of us. She reminded us of modifications for the beginners and layered movements for those who were more experienced. On top of all that, she had a great playlist and the best energy. Shout out to her and Rey for making it such a great experience for everyone! After the class they (quickly) cleaned up all the equipment while the girls got to enjoy the rest of the party. Thank you so much to Jess, Skylar, Rey, and Mat By Reform for such a special birthday and workout that my friends still are talking about! And, if you are considering booking a private class or pilates party, definitely do it with Mat By Reform!

The most amazing Pilates studio! Beautiful, clean, easily accessible from the street, lots of parking and the staff are truly wonderful. From the first day each visit is seamless with check in, dressing areas, cold drinks and a delicious coffee center. The best sweat and exercise I've ever had. I'm toned and feel great. Thank you all for keeping me fit!

Infrared heated classes? Yes please! If you have never tried heated sculpt you must try it at Mat by Reform. Great studio and the best instructors. Trust me, no one ever feels intimidated here.

Obsessed with this studio. The heated mat classes make such a difference—you feel warmed up, challenged, and so good after. Instructors are attentive and actually correct your form, and the vibe is always welcoming. Super clean, aesthetic space. 10/10, I keep coming back 🤍
