Update: In response to my poor review, the owner contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. Aside from the communication problems, I was happy with my children’s experience at Mathnasium. Not only did my kids sharpen their math skills but my daughter (10) actually enjoyed going 3x/week during the summer! After talking to the owner I am confident the problems I encountered can be remedied and will recommend this program to my friends.
Be careful with this location. They will continue charging you after you unenroll from the program.
My point of contact during our time at Mathnasium was Noah. He was very slow to respond to any of my inquiries about my children’s progress while my 2 children were attending.
I ultimately decided to cancel. A week and a half before the end of the billing cycle I notified Noah that we would no longer be attending. He ignored my communications repeatedly until the last minute. He did finally provide confirmation that we would be leaving at the last minute.
Though he confirmed we would be discontinuing the program he still managed to take $478 out of my account for the next billing period. I have reached out to Noah directly multiple tikes over the last several weeks to remedy this situation and all o get are crickets. So, I reached out to the main line and left a message with a nice lady who assured me someone would get back to me. It has been 5 more days. Crickets and the funds have not been returned to my account.
I fully anticipate they will charge me again in a few days for next month too. Being ignored is very frustrating. I don’t recommend this place.
The Papillion location however does not ignore its clients. If possible, use them instead.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced, especially with the lack of timely communication. You shouldn't have had to reach out multiple times to get an answer about your cancellation.
I have personally reviewed your account, confirmed that it has been fully deactivated, and issued a full refund of the $478 charge. You will not be charged again.
While mistakes can happen, the lack of communication you experienced is not the level of service we expect to provide our families. We are addressing this internally so we can do better moving forward.

Excellent experience with Mathnasium!
Mathnasium has been a huge help for my daughter. She used to struggle with math and lacked confidence, but since starting here, her understanding and grades have improved so much. The tutors are patient, friendly, and really know how to explain things in a way that makes sense. They make learning math fun and build real confidence in their students. I’m so grateful for the progress she’s made — highly recommend Mathnasium to any parent looking for great math support.

We’ve seen amazing improvements since Nathan started at Mathnasium! His confidence has grown so much, and he actually enjoys math now. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and make every session fun and motivating. Nathan loves coming here — he’s always excited to see his friends and work with the teachers. Mathnasium is helping my kiddo understand her math homework while also helping her build a better math foundation. She has more confidence in those foundational math skills. Fantastic staff that really understands how to meet kids with where they’re at and explain concepts in multiple ways to find the right perspective that resonates. Would recommend Mathnasium to any family looking for math experts to help their kiddos grow their math knowledge and comprehension.
Love this location. Staff is patient and friendly. They have helped our daughter learn difficult concepts with ease. Her grades and test scores are outstanding. Can’t say enough good things would highly recommend if your child is struggling in Math.
