Matt and his team were very patient with us through our process of looking first for land, then homes and helped us to find the camp of our dreams! Matt made sure the process was as smooth as it could be and stayed positive even when we weren’t sure we’d find what we were looking for.

I have worked with multiple real estate agents across Rapid City and Matt goes above and beyond for his clients. He knows the area extremely well and makes everyone feel like their questions and concerns matter, even after the sale. We had made a last minute decision to pursue the purchase of an house and Matt was there to help immediately, not making us feel like we were a burden at all.

Matt was great! We started about 3 years ago. We didn’t have a deadline or goal to meet. We just wanted to find the right 2nd home to enjoy the Black Hills. He was patient with us while showing us different properties and helping us seek out the home of our dreams. We would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future!

Matt was a pleasure to work with when buying our new home. We were not living in the same state, but he was very accommodating during the process. He was always available to video view home after home. He was excited to show us the possibilities of finding our dream home. We had a negative relationship with the home buyers agent and buyer, but Matt kept everything positive and very professional. Matt is very knowledgeable within the home as well. We had questions about things inside the home. He jumped right in and explained everything to put us at ease. Matt has a smile at every situation and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in South Dakota.

Matt helped me sell my home. He was a huge help. He is easy to work and made things happen pretty smoothly. He is easy to approach and knowledgeable with the home buying world.
