Matt has been wonderful throughout the home buying process. I was a first time home buyer with minimal funds for a home and he was able to help me find a place to call home. Matthew is a fantastic realtor! We were first time home buyers looking in a city 2 hours away from where we lived. Matt spent one FULL day showing us houses in our price range with all of our “needs”. It only took that one day to find our house. Since we lived out of town, Matt handled everything for us including going to the inspection and finding us a title company. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him in the future!

I first found Matt doing a Google search for westlake realtors. During Covid I was looking for a house but wasn’t ready to buy in that market. Having just moved from California I wanted a realtor that I can trust. So I ask Matt to meet up and he came over the house and introduced himself. After the meeting I knew I found the realtor I wanted to work with. Two years later I called up Matt because we were ready to start searching. Mannnn did I time this wrong. Our current market was filled with cash offers, waived inspections, and this is 2023. I thought all that stuff ended. I give Matt a 10/10 for his hard work and truly believe he’s one of the best realtors in Ohio. He was able to get us into every house we were interested in under 24 hours after posting. He work tremendously hard on every offer and made sure the offer was submitted the same day we saw the house. In this market, houses were cutting off offers in under 48 hours after listing. There was some houses that looked good in pictures but in person you can tell it needed alot of repairs. Matt never once pressured me into offering. There was a lot of houses we saw that we passed on. The houses we did offer however kept getting denied. Matt never showed any doubt and kept motivating us that we will find our dream home. After a few months of looking we found our dream home. Unfortunately Matt was out of town but was able to send another realtor to help us view it and actually wrote the offer while he was on vacation. Matt knows a lot about houses and was a former home inspector. That’s what initially made me want to work with Matt but I found out Matt was more like a friend rather than someone that’s just trying to make money off you. If your looking for a home I recommend Matt Guba and trust me you won’t regret it
