Scott and his techs did a great job replacing all 4 tires and doing an alignment on my 2021 BMW X5. They were timely and the car drives perfectly!

I took my 4-runner here to be done for an alignment and Darby handled my service and he was phenomenal and outstanding the entire staff was friendly and attentive , I would recommend to anyone !
Torn about this review. This facility was great for years. Then I scheduled an appointment to check my breaks. They performed additional services such as an oil change which I did not ask for nor needed. They charged me for these services and when I inquired as to why they said they had asked my husband when he dropped off the car. My husband had responded that they should perform whatever services I had discussed with them. So they decided to just perform the extra services without confirming with me. I had gotten my oil changed less than a month before this incident. They did not refund or reduce the service cost for the unsolicited service. This is the last time I brought a vehicle here for service and won’t be back. A second incident occurred when I had new tires put on here and one had a hole in it. They patched the hole for free but just seemed odd that a brand new tire had a hole in it. They have also done great things like replacing/rebuilding my transmission.
Words will never be enough to express the gratitude I have for this place as I am already in my mid 40s unfortunately I’ve been taking advantage of an overcharge majority of my life so naturally one would become hesitant into doing business with anyone this team here ran by the owner, Will Went above and beyond from me my wife and my five sons things were already extremely tight around the house with us not being able to barely get any Christmas gifts to inflation, but Will and his team showed up and met that need because of their generosity towards my family and I I will forever Not only be a customer but treat them as a family. I will never cease to send business their way from the Hatmaker Ohana to you my friends At Malden tireGod bless you.
