The courtesy and professionalism is outstanding. On the day that I went in for a tire repair, the team was short staffed due to unexpected call outs. The manager, James, was sincerely apologetic and even went to help the other workers get various jobs down. Also, my thanks to Jaylin and Tuan for their hard work, patience, and kindness.

This place may have great prices but that is all they have going for them. To all customers make sure to take the day off of work and have a spare vehicle they will have your vehicle all day for what's supposed to be a 2 or 3 hour job dropped my car off at 10am and it was 3:30pm and there were no where near done my vehicle. The excuse was we are short handed okay so why didn't you tell me that before I made the decision to go ahead with my appointment I would've rescheduled!!! Time is money in this economy and i lost money because my vehicle wasn't ready in time for me to get to work!!! NEVER AGAIN YOURE BETTER OFF TRYIN THE ONE IN BRISTOL!
