For my ocean-close listing, I asked them to create a transporting experience for prospective buyers—an elevated transitional coastal design that felt inviting, organic, peaceful, with casual elegance, while also reflecting the life, energy, Zen, and shalom one could sense in the home even though it was vacant. After unsuccessfully attempting to sell our home, we took it off the market. We let a few weeks go buy and hired May to stage our home and put it back on the market and had an offer within 4 days. May and Noah and their crew are exceptional people and extremely accommodating to our needs. At closing with little to no notice they were able to juggle their busywork schedule and come remove their furniture so the new owners could move in quickly.

As a real estate professional, I hired May Home Design (OC Home Staging LLC) to stage one of my listings. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The living room sofa delivered to the property was visibly stained and in poor condition. I expressed concerns before it was placed in the home and was told it would be cleaned once placed inside. After the cleaning attempt, the sofa still appeared unacceptable for a professionally staged property. Additionally, the bedding provided was visibly dirty and did not properly fit the homeowner's bed, creating an unprofessional presentation. Given the condition of the furniture and accessories delivered, I lost confidence in the company's ability to stage the home to an acceptable standard. As someone who has worked with numerous staging companies over the years, I have never encountered staging inventory in this condition. I requested a refund so I could hire another staging company and avoid delays in bringing the property to market, but that request was denied. My reputation is tied to the vendors I recommend to my clients, and this experience created unnecessary stress, delays, and additional expense. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Photos were taken at the time of delivery and are included with this review.

Noah & Team were punctual, communicated consistently and went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first experience actually staging an entire home. May & Noah came in (on time) assessed the property and we decided on a costal theme since the home is just a few minutes from the beach. The day they showed up, to work they went and within 3-4 hours, our listing was completely transformed. From a blank canvas to a beautiful costal inspired home…I was in awe!
