I am a lifetime tennis player who has also picked up padel and distance running. WIth the different activities my body wasn't accustomed to (and I suppose just being older), new pains and injuries began to pop up. After meeting with Morgan and her team, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The service they provide isn't like some generic physical therapy you'd get from a big name chain (which I've also frequented in the past), but an experience truly tailored to you and improving your overall health. In addition to bench-marking and continually measuring my progress in a variety of ways, they have also taken the time to educate me on why certain things are happening and how certain body parts, muscle groups, movements, etc. can impact one another and how one area of weakness can create other issues. By identifying and addressing all these factors, I have been on an expedited road to recovery and could not recommend May One more for those trying to recover from injuries, improve overall health and athletic performance, or just go for a relaxing massage.

I look forward to PT because I always feel better afterwards and Morgan is such a warm, uplifting presence in the day. I absolutely recommend investing in yourself by going to May One

Please note, it is down town so parking isn’t best but they do have a small parking space in the front.

May One has been a game changer for me. Pushing my body to the extreme every day in my training sometimes causes overuse resulting in discomfort or minor injuries. May One not only makes me feel better, but it’s the thoughtful & expert approach to figuring out the why. Morgan, makes sure I understand the potential causes and lets me know how I can address the issue. Going here regularly has allowed me to stay competitive in my interests and my athletic/ competitive lifestyle!
