The service technician was thorough in checking indoor and outdoor units and was able to fix the thermostat issue speedily! He also gave advise and suggestions to prevent future issues and to keep regular maintenance services. I definitely recommend Maynor, and will certainly be using them in the future.

I have been a very long time Customer of Maynor when it was owned by Mr. Maynor. In 2025 the company was sold and the service has just been awful. I'm not complaining about the technicians I'm complaining about the office with its AI answering service and it's after hours answering service, both systems do not work messages are crossed and then you just end up arguing with one of the employees who's not a fault at all. The new owners have ruined what was once a really wonderful company. It's just a shame.

GREAT experience. Called for maintenance Friday afternoon and Maynor Service arrived within two hours. Issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved by replacing a part stocked on their truck.

Always like Maynors work. They’re very good at what they do and they’re very punctual and very much appreciated. I’m glad we have them servicing our heating and air on a regular basis.

Was happy with service. Mat was great. Price was my only concern. Paid $2600 to diagnose and replace evaporator coil that was still under warranty.

My AC stopped working Saturday morning, it was making a very different noise and the temperature inside increase by 5 degrees. I called a number of AC companies and Maynor were the only company that had availability to come out same day. They arrived diagnosed the issue and repaired it. Extremely happy with the service received.
