We've been happy with McCarthy's termite service for years. This year we added Pest treatments. Another great decision. James arrived today for our initial service. He was incredibly through in treating all areas. He swept out spider webs before treating. He was professional and polite. He's an asset to McCarthy. And props to McCarthy's Live Chat on the website. I needed assistance with the Customer Portal. I chatted with a real live person! That person quickly put me in touch with Jenny via phone and Jenny was able to quickly assist. All touch points with McCarthy have been spot on. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend. Update: Sept 7, 2026 - Our pest service continues....Our service tech Brian arrived early morning on what was going to be a very hot day. He was pleasant and professional when I answered the door. He was very thorough in checking and treating the exterior of our home. My husband, who had more interaction with Brian, described him as "a really great kid." Thanks Brian! We appreciate McCarthy's ongoing professional and customer-focused service.

I just switched to McCarthy after several years with a larger company. I was impressed with McCarthy from the start. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional and accommodating. The office staff worked with me to schedule a time that would coincide with the end of my last service. Jeff came out to give me a quote and explain how their inspections work and answered all of my questions. James was the technician that came out for the initial inspection and treatment. He was very thorough in servicing the interior and exterior of my house. He placed several sticky traps throughout the basement and garage, more than anyone has ever done. He explained everything to me and said to contact them if I had any questions. Excellent customer service!

We had an excellent experience with McCarthy Pest and Termite Control Company. We called them out because we were concerned we might have a brown recluse spider problem, and they exceeded our expectations. The technician was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of valuable information about brown recluse spiders and other household pests, and never made us feel rushed. Best of all, after a careful inspection, he was able to reassure us that we do not have a brown recluse infestation. That gave us tremendous peace of mind. He also set up a pest control program tailored to our home to help keep spiders and other pests under control going forward. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and professional pest control company that takes the time to educate their customers, I highly recommend McCarthy Pest and Termite Control Company. I called McCarthy Pest & Termite Control for a mouse problem at my daughter's house. Jenny answered the phone call and was just the nicest person. Jenny listened to what I had to say and had a lot of great ideas. You could tell she genuinely cared about my daughter's situation. Jenny is the perfect ambassador for her company. If you own a company, Jenny is the first person you would want your customer's talking to. Jenny recommended sending out Jeff Richardson because he had a lot of experience with rodents and has been in the business for 40 years. Jeff came out a couple of days later exactly the time Jenny had scheduled. We went around the perimeter of the house as well as inside inspecting and checking everything. Jeff helped educate me on what to look for and then talked about what his recommendation's would be. In summary, Jeff provided to me an "Agreement". Not a contract like other pest control services where you must sign up for a yearly plan. Those are hard to cancel and sometimes charge you a fee just to cancel. It's all in the fine print on the back of a contract. McCarthy does not operate like this. If you prefer, you may select a yearly plan but you don't have to. You can call them as needed or get into a program that you may cancel at any time. There was absolutely zero pressure. Jeff mentioned I did about 90% of what needed to be done and gave me additional helpful tips. I decided to handle my daughter's mouse issue myself for now but will be using McCarthy Pest & Termite control for my own house. This company is highly rated on Google and other sites. After talking with Jenny and Jeff I can see why. This is a great company and not one of those larger corporations just buying up small mom and pop businesses looking at profit margins. I highly recommend this company!
