Erika and Jonathan are absolute life savers. I cried tears of joy after we closed my case this AM. The helped with best possible outcome from a situation that had put a lot mental strain and worry on me for 17 months.
I unfortunately was hit by an officer in training crossing a busy intersection when he had ran a red light. They hit me with 5 charges including a DUI as I previously had been to a happy hour. This unfortunately was my 2nd as I had one previously in 2009. I was facing some serious jail time with all the charges which put a threat on my family and my job. Erika worked the case and really listened to my needs and concerns to aim for no jail time and prove to the court this was a big lesson that you should never risk drinking and driving, even if you feel you are under the limit. Jonathan went into to finalize and negotiate with a plea bargain that left me with a 1st time dui conviction, no license suspension or breathalyzer restriction on my license, 6 months probation and just a $500 fine and all the charges dropped.
I cannot be more grateful for them throughout this entire process, they saved my child having to spend time without her mom and the possibility of me losing my job.

Very good law firm, who communicated exceptionally with me as we went through my process. Was able to accomplish the goal that we set together.
