Quick service
I needed a tire repair at the last minute before an out-of-town trip. McKenzie was the only shop able to accommodate me. I watched them pull in the car and put it up on the rack when we discovered that all four tires were shot. They had their tire supplier do them a favor and deliver a set in a hurry. They didn't waste time, but they took their time scrubbing the wheels and removing something called "wheel weights." Compared to the shop where I had been buying tires, which replaced tires in literally ten minutes, I was impressed. I still reached my destination on time.

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone; they are very good and provide excellent assistance. I can say this is the only place for quality.
I just got my PA plates so I needed to get an inspection right away. McKenzie fit me in within a few days. They had it done pretty quickly all things considered. Professional people and very happy with this business. I will be coming back for sure.
They were super friendly and so competent. They did everything they could to help me save money where I could and did an amazing job. Super communicative and explained what they were doing and why.

I caught a flat outside the shop right at 5 pm (closing time). Luckily for me they hadn’t left yet, and even though they were closed Alex stayed late to help me get the spare on while me and my kids stayed in the car. 10 mins later we were back on the road. 5 star service! He went above and beyond and he was so sweet about it. So thankful there’s still kind people like this in the world. Next time I need car maintenance I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle here!
