I've been a McLean Williams customer for 30 years. They are the best in Napa Valley when it comes to drilling wells and installing the equipment to use those wells. I recently needed a new storage tank. Within 48 hours, the McLean Williams team removed the old tank and installed the new one and I did not miss a beat. Fantastic service and lovely people.
The prior owners of our Napa property had McLean & Williams build a sophisticated well and irrigation system, and it is genuinely a work of art. Since taking over, I have come to appreciate the engineering behind it, and this team has come to the rescue for me several times whenever I have had a question or an issue. The most memorable was a pump controller failure at the worst possible time, right when the vineyard and landscaping needed water most. I called and Gonzalo and his crew were on it immediately. They diagnosed it fast, fixed it, and got us back up and running without an ounce of drama, and did it very cost-effectively. No upsell, no delay, just people who know wells and irrigation cold. After 70-plus years serving this valley, it shows. They are the best in Napa for well and pump work, and I recommend them without reservation.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We once lived on Mt. Veeder and have a complex pump / control system with several pumps, sensors, float logic, etc. These guys are the best pump guys I have worked with in 15 years. Responsive (during the recent power outage), great trouble shooting and problem solving, and VERY honest when it comes to recommendations for the "fix." They could easily have recommended a solution for 2x the price, but Gonzalo is a straight shooter and a good business man - so are his employees. I will use these guys from now on!
Customer Service was exceptional and WAY above and beyond expected.... Although my specific circumstances fell outside of what McLean & Williams could immediately provide, Katie took the initiative to find someone who could accommodate. What sort of business does this?? A company with high moral integrity and character - McLean & Williams!
I got in contact with these people and had a fabulous experience dealing with Katie and Jose. They came out to our house and Within 2 days they serviced our well and did the repairs that were needed that day. Jose did a great job of explaining and answering questions about our well that I asked.
McLean & Williams have been providing excellent service on my existing well for over 10 years. They have always provided timely, professional service. So when my existing well started to fail I went to them for a new one. They provided a quote and arrived at my site. Jamie and Bryan worked through rainy weather and in less than a week I had a new well. They kept me informed on every step. I cannot recommend McLean & Williams more highly.
I've worked with McLean & Williams for many years now and they always do an amazing job! Thanks Gonzalo for the great job and always being there for all our vineyard irrigation needs!
We had McLean Williams drill a new well on our property in St Helena at the end of 2019. We selected McLean-Williams based on their competitive prices, excellent customer ratings and Gonzalo's can-do attitude. After the confusion of the Covid shutdowns had cleared, the MW crew completed the drilling quickly, hitting the target volume of water at the predicted depth. Then, the Glass fire hit in Sept 2020 and we lost water multiple times due to power being off and later because of a shorted circuit. Each time, Gonzalo responded within a day to keep my water flowing. This guy takes care of his customers. Overall, very happy with the well drilling process, post-installation service and Gonzalo's very positive attitude. Would highly recommend this firm.
Gonzalo was very responsive to our emergent needs after the Glass Fire and came up to assess the damage, make suggestions, coordinate sub-contractor needed to complete the rebuilding of a devastated water infrastructure. The work was completed on time with a great crew willing to go the extra mile to make our water flow once again. Katie was a master in communication and made sure that there wasn't any gaps in communicating with Gonzalo and the crew on site. McLean and Williams are my well and pump people from now on. Search no further.
Mclean and Williams installed our pump water tanks and Infrastructure for our Vinyard. Recent fires destroyed everything our house barn airstream and most importantly our water system. Gonzalo has come to our rescue, his work with PGE, water tank suppliers etc. Should have water back to our Vineyard in short order. Thank you
