Meadowlake Pet Resort offers dog daycare, boarding, and grooming services, with reviewers frequently praising the facility's cleanliness, staff friendliness, and proactive communication through photos and reports. Positive feedback often highlights the attention to special dietary or medical needs and reasonable pricing for basic care. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews concern unexpected billing discrepancies, insufficient reporting on paid add-on services, and concerns regarding nail trimming accuracy and staff handling of pets.

Very good. I feel very confident that my dog is in good hands when I take her there for grooming and day care. I also use Meadowlake for overnight and days-away lodging. They are very attentive to special needs meds and diet.
Thank you for the wonderful 5 star rating!
Meadow lake pet resort is wonderful. The trainers and caregivers are friendly and treat dogs as their own puppies. Pickles, my chocolate Labrador Retriever is almost 3 y/o and has been going there since she was 6 months/old. She looks so happy every time is there. They also provide an excellent grooming service
Thanks so much for your feedback, Veronica! It makes our day hearing about how much our customers love Meadowlake and the great service they’ve received from our team. We have passed on your review to our team and look forward to seeing you again!
Veronica at Meadowlake Galleria has been grooming our Cocoa for over a year now and she has always done an amazing job! Cocoa never goes anywhere without someone telling us how beautiful Cocoa is and how impeccable her coat and groom looks. And the prices are very reasonable! We recommend Veronica to anyone who asks and will continue to bring our furbaby.
This is so lovely to hear! We will definitely pass these kind words on to Veronica - we know she adores working with sweet Cocoa. We can't wait to have her in the shop again soon!
I’m happy I found this dog spa, they provided service details over the phone, transparent pricing and the bath, de shedding & nail filing met expectations.
Thank you for sharing your experience! It is so lovely to hear you are satisfied with our doggy spa services and reservation process. Come back and see us soon!
My dog loved it! The place is very nice and clean and the staff is amazing!
We absolutely adored meeting Milagro, he is such a sweet addition to our large pack! Can't wait to see you guys soon!
From my first call to learn more about the facilities, I knew Meadowlake Pet Resort was a caring, organized and safe place for my older pet. All my questions answered clearly and thoroughly. It’s clean and friendly and I loved the daily photos and report cards. From our first boarding experience it seems to be a wonderful place.
We're so grateful for you taking the time to write such an amazing review. Meadowlake is a small business and reviews like this mean the world to us. We can't wait to see Benny again! :)
Our dog (1 1/2 yr old) loves it. He is happy when we show up, but cries when he realizes he has to leave his new friends. They seem to enforce the "no dogs on eachother" policy as we had issues at a previous place. Staff is great as our dog is pretty shy. No pressure to ever buy more or pay for anything else. Only wish is a live stream as I think people like watching their dog play.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We truly adore having Beaux in our large pack; it's been a joy to see him fit right in with his new doggy friends.
Amazing people and wonderful fun place for your pet. Love all the love you receive from the employees for you and your pet. 🫶🏻
