Thank you, James, your people were amazing! So flexible and such attention to detail. It's a move-in, so everything they found that was a little wonky they pointed out to me. They gave me really great advice about how to maintain and I could not be happier with the amazing job they did. Each one of them was a really hard worker and used their time so effectively to get this monster house cleaned. As you know, I grew up in the professional cleaning business, so I know what it takes to run a large outfit, take care of your employees, and operate within margin. Your prices are really fair and totally worth it for the professional service you provide.

I would 100% recommend this cleaning company. They did amazing work made my carpet look brand new. They were in and out in like 3 hours and house was spotless.

I shared with mean Joe Greene cleaners that I was moving and then I needed my house cleaned as a move out I said I needed everything cleaned each room but they didn't need to do the stove in the fridge but we needed the windows cleaned in the baseboards cleaned and while I was talking to him I told him that I was going to have my favorite carpet place come in and clean the carpets and he said oh we do carpets too and I said great well I usually get the living room the hallway and two bedrooms done for around $300 and he said oh we can match that and I said great he said you'll need to give us about 5 hours and I was thinking what do I do with my dogs for 5 hours and my dad who can't walk and my dad and I spoke and he said as long as I have lunch I'll be okay for 5 hours in my chair and I said okay I'll take the dogs and go do something maybe we'll go over by the lake and I'll take a nap LOL day of cleaning nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was done and they were out of there in 3 hours but weren't going to leave in 3 hours if I was willing to pay for overtime and they did two bedrooms and I say half the two bedrooms carpet I paid $900 for them to do a light cleaning in my house for 3 hours and she would call me and say we're almost done do you want to pay for overtime do you want us to stay I was beside myself I didn't know what to do I was supposed to start showing the house this week so I had to clean the baseboards and I had to hire Stanley steamer to come in and they did the living room and the hallway and my dining room for $150 unbelievable it's a scam they tell you they're going to take time and they come in and then they don't get anything done and they say we're ready to leave do you want us to stay they just want you to pay for overtime that's it it was horrible they stole my money $900 they stole basically because they did nothing absolutely nothing what they did was worth maybe $100 so I would not recommend them at all and then when I emailed them I got a bunch of Bologna about labor rates and this that and the third come on people work hard for their money and they don't want to be scammed
Theresa, thank you for your feedback. Your home did require a lot of work to be ready for the market. Our staff worked tirelessly for three hours, (6) total labor hours to ensure we could get the home as clean as possible. Before starting work we explained that what was estimated in labor hours and what was required would be different and additional time was required in order to complete your service. You told our team that you wanted us to do the best we could in the time provided and hand no interest in paying anymore for the service to be completed. Move out cleanings can require a lot of work especially if the home has not been cleaned in a decade or more. When your estimate was provided it was provided with a warning that estimates are based on square footage of the home and the actual condition of the home can cause estimates to nearly double depending on the overall condition of the home.
