We’ve been working with Radik on our home remodel, and the experience has been excellent. He has been very patient in answering all of our questions and consistently provides a quick turnaround. He has a strong understanding of how to approach the different parts of a home from an energy-efficiency and Title 24 perspective and was able to guide us through the remodel requirements clearly.
The quality of his work also showed during the city review process—there were practically no comments related to his work during plan check.
