Dan was able to respond to us on a moments notice for repair. He is an expert at his craft. Conscious of leaving the job site clean and I disturbed. Dan is our go to for our Real Estate Office and clients.
Excellent work! Nothing mediocre about it. Highly recommend!
Dan does great work and has excellent communication. Clear rates upfront and no minimums. He's also very kind and patient to my two young kids who demand to hover over him while he works 😂 I've used him for small repairs drywall, and furniture mounting. I'll be calling Mediocre Handyman for all my needs around the house moving forward!
Dan was great. Responded promptly to texts, arrived on time, did a great/thorough job and was overall nice guy 😃!!! Highly recommend him !
Dan is far from mediocre, and the loveliest person to come and do work on your house. He has a diverse set of skills- we’ve had him come for almost a full day three times now and he’s done more and more different tasks each time. He’s great at what he does and is always willing to research with you to figure out…
