Dan does great work and has excellent communication. Clear rates upfront and no minimums. He's also very kind and patient to my two young kids who demand to hover over him while he works 😂 I've used him for small repairs drywall, and furniture mounting. I'll be calling Mediocre Handyman for all my needs around the house moving forward!
