Love love love this place!
Though I think this place is really good in many ways, but when it comes to cutting curly hair I think more experience is needed. My 3 years old had her first haircut, the experience and the stylist was awesome, super sweet, and it went beautifully. But hair cut ended up not so beautiful. The style, no matter what I do looks like an 80's perm 😬, her curls just aren't the same. Again I will always recommend this place, I just think for the curly girls we need more stylist's that understand how to cut the curls fully.

I highly recommend Medusa's to anyone wanting to add color to their hair or just get a nice hair cut. The staff are all super friendly, the space is nice and clean and the vibes are incredible here. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for my next haircut and color, I really can't recommend Medusa's enough.

Medusa has been such a delight to find in Hastings. I’ve never felt like I could find a stylist/salon where I felt consistently comfortable, but this has been it. Amanda is truly a gem. She is realistic and honest about results. She has truly made me feel so much better about myself during a hard couple of years. I always feel deeply supported in her chair, and that transcends the haircuts (which are also wonderful)!

I absolutely love my hair. It hasn’t looked this good in years. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely comfortable. There was no pressure for small talk, and I even got to relax and listen to others swapping recipes, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. She truly listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life.
