Lawyers are never available to talk on the phone and when they are they rush the phone call. I could have just gone through court without a lawyer with the amount of work they've done. The admin who answers the phone always had a little attitude when asked to do her job. I was assigned Alexandria as my attorney and barely spoke or saw her. Instead, they would assign Janet to represent me, and she was the only helpful attorney at this firm despite me not even being her client. If you want someone who will have effective communication and be transparent with you, I would HIGHLY recommend investing your money in a different firm.
