I described it as overpriced, but it's not entirely their fault. I normally pay$80 for a full synthetic oil change and there's was over a hundred, but the prices of oil and relevant equipment is very high and they're a chain. So it's understandable
Bill and his crew will stand up for you. They are genuinely, genuine guys who actually are about fixing your vehicle correctly with a good price. I was told from a different shop that I needed a different part fixed that would have cost me double what I actually needed. I brought it to bill to confirm it and the other shop was completely wrong. My car drives perfectly now with no signs of the problem I used to have popping up. If you don’t know what is wrong with your car and need a crew to trust. Meineke is the place to go. Thank you Bill.

I dropped my car off to get my tires rotated and to fix an unknown rattling sound. When I came to pick up my car, they told me that it was a simple fix and didn’t charge me for anything. I had just gone through a breakup and I really appreciated this act of kindness. My car is now sound-free and I will take my car here any time I have troubles

I can't say enough about the manager, Bill. He was upfront and honest with me about the repairs that were needed, what it would entail and the approximate cost up front. When he needed a certain part that was unavailable for 2 weeks, he went above and beyond to find the part, calling in favors at 4 different places to get it in less than 2 days instead of waiting for 2 weeks. He also went above and beyond giving me the best price that he could. I couldn't be any happier with the service there, and now I am going to have all of my repairs and maintenance done there. Amazing!!!! No fuss, polite, to the point! Came in to get my engine splash shield reattached, worried about how expensive ANY car repairs are- to my relief & delight I wasn't charged a cent! Chilled in their waiting room less than 30 minutes even with 3 folks ahead of me! I'll definitely be back.

Do not come here. The owner is by far the rudest individual in greenfield. He is entitled and threatened to tow my vehicle as I was using a parking space during closed hours. He overcharges for simple work and while under the hood causes more problems to unsure you come back for more work. He’s a total scam hack job who will take your money and call you a sucker behind your back.

Car ran into trouble on the highway that jeaporadized my road trip. They were able to quickly fix the problem in the parking lot and save my trip and a load of hassle.
Doesn't know the meaning of an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early for an early morning appointment, told there were several people ahead of me and it would be a couple hour wait. He said they don't control how busy their schedule is. Really? They schedule the appointments. Felt like I was in that Seinfeld episode. You just wasted an hour of my time. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Have used Meineke at least three times. Relatively easy to get appointments, good communication, and Bill was upfront when a car was not worth sinking more $ into and walked me thru end of life options (for car, not me...I hope I have some solid mileage left). Recommend!
