I lived in Jacksonville for 8 years struggling to find a place for car repair that didnt treat me like some idiot girl whos gonna fall for the ol "blinker fluid is low" routine.
Then I finally, on a fluke, found meineke. These guys are awesome! They tell you what's needed. They SHOW you either pictures, videos, or the actual old part itself and describe WHY it needs replaced. They do fantastic work ups for the entire car but dont harass you to get things done if they can wait.
100% the most honest and upfront car business ive dealt with down here. My only complaint is they got both front and rear brakes and rotors done with an oil change in 2 hours when I was expecting to sit and do nothing all day 🤣
Price is also more than reasonable and even more so if you get the meineke card and pay it off in the 6 months. Really helps for those big ticket repairs!
I will never go to another car repair location again!
