Meineke did a great job with servicing my vehicle. The oil and checkup was dandy. The cost was reasonable. And the staff was wonderful.

I go often for my car services, and each time they're very helpful, and always on time for my appointment s. Number 1 in my books

They are great. We take all 3 of our cars here. We even trust them with our 36 Ford. They are quick and reasonable. Can’t get any better…..

I called them after being told it was impossible to do everything I wanted in one place, but they diagnosed my car and gave me the results quickly. I'm planning to go back with another car. I totally recommend them.

"I had an amazing experience getting my oil change and tire done was fantastic. completely respectful, It’s hard to find a trustworthy and transparent auto shop in the Pismo Beach area where I live so I have to drive to Santa Maria, but this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be returning!"

Best for oil changes, brakes and all auto needs. Outstanding customer service too.

Christopher at the front desk was great! He walked me through the process and I was treated with great customer service. 10/10

Mr. Weber runs a solid ship... From taking care of the loyal locals to transients like myself, it was a pleasant experience. Ole Chuck loves some Nascar and we chatted about the Earnhardt memorabilia around the lobby. This was my first experience doing business with Meineke and I would not hesitate returning for service if I'm nearby ever again.

Always thorough and professional

Very polite and efficient. I am glad that I found Meineke who does full car service. I will definetly return.

Very professional, friendly, and warm Honest service!

Great customer service from Jason and the mechanics at Meineke of Santa Maria on my Buick LaCrosse. I was having some grinding problems with my breaks and they got me scheduled the same day! Fair and honest repairs and pricing and fast and friendly service! I will definitely come again for all my vehicle care 👍

Great service at an excellent price.

Great service! I've been going to Meineke for several years. Friendly, professional staff. Jason is always good at explaining the needs and priorities for the work needed. Great to deal with. Very reasonable prices for quality work! Highly recommend this shop.

I love this place, Chuck treats you fairly and is honest with you and has good people working for him.

Always friendly and attentive. Open and honest with advice. Most important, I believe they are Trustworthy.

Went in for an oil change as well as diagnostic on my car. Staff member Christopher was extremely helpful in explaining what exactly could be causing my car any issues and what they would include in the diagnostics along with what is included for standard oil change. I will be having my car serviced here from now on! Thanks so much!

I asked you to check brake lights. You did not, because they were not working. My son, who is a mechanic, changed them for me.

Very happy with the service. Great price, service was performed in the time they said it would take to complete and staff was friendly, courteous and kept me apprised of what was completed. Will definitely be going back!

First time customer at Meineke since moving to the area. Staff were courteous and helpful! Online appointment scheduling was easy and wait time was very reasonable. I noticed that they do offer shuttle service if needed for my next service appointment. 👍

These guys are the best!!! Great Customer service, reasonably priced, and trustworthy!! This is the only place I have ever taken my car since I have owned it. I highly recommend this place, You wont be disappointed!! Meineke in Santa Maria Rocks!!

Went in for a routine service- staff was friendly and helpful! They did a thorough inspection & tire rotation with the oil change. They brought some concerns to my attention (even had pictures on the invoice!), but not in a pushy or salesy type way. Super reasonably priced too!

I can’t say enough positive things about Meineke. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. They have provided outstanding service always. From making the appointment, to recommendations on services, to finished work we have always been very pleased. They keep our cars running and safe. I would… Read full review

6/9/2025 called Meineke to let them know that on 6/7/2025 again my 1994 Chevy truck had a transmission puddle underneath on my driveway when I moved my truck to take it out. That’s when I noticed the puddle I called Meineke that same day. They scheduled me to bring it in on 6/9 at 1:00 pm After a couple hours I… Read full review

They were very friendly and on time and answered all the questions I had.

They were informative knowledgeable and performed the service in a timely manner.

Mechanic found a sensor for the TPMS is faulty. Was not notified of this until I go to pay. Would have been helpful to have this information @ the that time so I could determine when to replace/repair. Now I’ll need to find time in my busy schedule to get this fixed.

Chuck who is the owner is so experienced and fair in diagnosing the problems with a vehicle. I trust him which is crucial with a mechanic. He oversees his mechanics who are also capable.

They are wonderful and very helpful. Iam going there for any problems with my vehicles. I was going to another place and they totally screwed my car up. Meineke is a very trustworthy business and Iam glad they are here in town.

Professional and fast service.

Addendum 9/2/23: This was all corrected. Inexpensive, thorough. Would trust them for other significant repairs. Price is great. Offered full inspection along with oil change. Two problems 1) I had 1.5 qts of additives & told them to reduce the fill by that much. The receipt charged "5-qts oil." I don't care… Read full review

Not Impressed. 2nd time here. 1st time a replied to a offer mailed to me for a Oil Change at a discounted rate. They were able to get me in right away and help me with what I needed.

Definitely the best place to get an oil change. They made me an appointment, called a day before to remind me and the professionalism of all the staff was amazing! Absolutely the best experience ever, Oil change includes tire rotation for free! From now on this is only place I will get my cars serviced!

I had a great experience at Meineke. They were quick, professional and affordable. I will definitely come back.

The people were very personable the job was done correctly the pricing was a little intense but I come from a small town in the central valley beyond the pricing everything was wonderful

I was staying at a nearby hotel and I needed my wheel alignment and oil change done to ensure my car gets me wherever I needed to go. I visited my local Meineke for the first time due to a mailing I received with their name, address, and phone number on it. It had special pricing and deals on it, but when I tried to use the discount on my oil change, the person at the counter simply said, "We don't do that." On top of that, he recommended a bunch… Read full review

I took my car in to get an oil change and my brakes serviced back in October. Come to find out they didn’t charge my card until two months later in December. They were very friendly! They checked my car and changed my oil. Cost me about $20 less than normal, but I had a much better experience than previous mechanics

Great!

I love the fast, friendly service. I choose to drive here a half hour away from my home to service my car here instead of staying in town. Best service I have had in a long time. The front desk person also knew I had a time constraint that day and made sure service was done early! Will be coming back :)

Speaking with Jimmy felt like making a new friend. Everyone there was friendly and honest. And I have a very happy car now.

Chuck and his team are proficient and always available for any questions my partner and I may have. Chuck has done ALL my maintenance on my Jeep Commander and my Nissan Rogue. I have referred people to him throughout the years.

Very professional, helpful and respectful.
