Melissa is Absolutely, HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! She is a powerhouse of an agent, responsive, communicative and just a fantastic person in general that I consider a great friend and an invaluable asset in regards to Realistate Ty so much for being YOU!
Melissa was GREAT. Everything with the communications and the sale went very quickly, smooth and professionally. I wanted a fast escrow and she got it done in 2 weeks. She kept me constantly updated and worked diligently between the seller and myself so I could move into my Canyon Lake house. Melissa I can’t thank you enough. You are an angel. 😇
Thank you so much for this incredibly sweet review, it truly means the world to me. 💛 Helping you secure your Canyon Lake home and close escrow in just two weeks was such a rewarding experience. I know how important that timeline was for my seller and you, and I’m so glad we were all able to make it happen smoothly, the way it was intended to be. Communication is everything in real estate, and I’m grateful for the trust you placed in me throughout the process. Being part of your permanent move into your own Canyon Lake home is something I don’t take lightly. 🏡 Wishing you so many happy memories there, and I’m always here if you ever need anything at all.
