I wish Melissa was closer. She was just fantastic felt very comfortable with her straight off the bat. Wanted a shag haircut and she delivered very nicely. Took off just enough and really I did just a great job. But the most important thing was her personality very genuine sweet person I got to just share so much with her and there was no coincidence that day that I was in that beauticians chair and the other thing she stands behind her work so if you don't like something or you need a little more cut off or whatever she said within I think 2 weeks you can come back. She really is a gem you can trust her

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon, particularly with the way my concerns were handled afterward.
I had my hair highlighted here, and while the highlights initially looked okay, the overall condition of my hair afterward was extremely concerning. My hair was severely over-processed, leaving it incredibly dry, frizzy, brittle, and full of split ends. It also has a strange burning/chemical smell that has continued even after shampooing.
The damage was bad enough that I ultimately had to cut off the split ends myself. Unfortunately, because I was trying to remove the damaged ends on my own, I ended up giving myself a terrible haircut — but I felt I had no choice because the condition of my hair was so poor and I needed to get the damaged ends off.
The highlights themselves looked okay for the first couple of days, but the tone has already faded. Normally I would simply return to the salon to have the color re-toned, but because my hair has been so severely damaged from the processing, I am not comfortable putting additional chemical processing on it right now. I am now left trying to figure out how to repair and save my hair elsewhere.
What is perhaps most disappointing is what happened when I tried to address the situation with the salon. I contacted the salon three separate times to explain what happened, express my concerns, and ask for help. I sent pictures of my damaged hair.
I did not receive a single response.
I requested a full refund for the services, which I feel is reasonable considering the amount I paid, the condition my hair was left in, and the fact that I now have to spend additional money trying to repair the damage elsewhere. The services were already highly overpriced in my opinion, but what made this experience significantly worse was the complete lack of communication afterward.
I gave the salon multiple opportunities to respond and make this situation right. Instead, my concerns and refund request were simply ignored.
The most frustrating part isn't just that I'm unhappy with my hair — it's that when I reached out for help, the salon wouldn't even respond. A salon should stand behind its work and, at the very least, communicate with a customer when they raise a legitimate concern about damage to their hair.
I would not recommend spending this kind of money at a salon that won't respond when something goes wrong. I am now left with damaged, dry, frizzy hair, split ends I had to cut myself, a haircut I had to attempt myself because of the damage, and the additional expense of trying to get my hair healthy again elsewhere.
I would not recommend this salon to anybody!!!

We would like to clarify that we did respond to your email on September 19 at 1:35pm. Your concerns were brought to us approximately one month after your appointment, which is outside our two-week service guarantee.
We have photos from the day of your appointment, which I included in the email showing your hair and finished result, with no visible signs of damage described. Even though it was outside our guarantee period, I offered to have you come in so I can personally examine your hair, but we did not receive a response to that offer.
Because of the time that had passed, we will not be able to provide you a refund. We stand behind our work, our policies, and our efforts to address concerns professionally.

Went there for head spa and it was ok. It was my first time and I surprised she asked me to walk with my very wet hair dripping all over to dress up and meet her on the hallway to dry my hair. I think they should provide a small towel. I felt so uncomfortable. She also dropped something couple times while washing my hair and it was really loud. The room can’t keep noises. You can still hear people talking and a washer running from other rooms. It’s hard trying to relax. Overall, I think it’s not worth the cost.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The space was clean, stylish, and had a really good vibe.
My stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions without being pushy. You can tell they actually care about their work and want you to leave happy. The attention to detail was next level, and the results honestly came out even better than I expected.
Everything from the service to the atmosphere was on point. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Definitely one of the best salon experiences I’ve had—highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great people!
