Everything about having my car painted was handled smoothly and expertly. Perfect results! Great communication with the office and team. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the work. It's like having a brand new car except it's actually 20 years old.

This is the ONLY shop in Memphis metro that I will allow to fix mine or my family's vehicles. NO ifs ands or buts about it. Top notch customer service and quality work.

Best customer service- the Trader Joe’s of auto body shops! No, they don’t wear Hawaiian shirts but they are friendly, honest and do fabulous work. They leave their competitor down the street behind in a trail of dust.

My car was damaged when my carport collapsed during a recent ice storm leaving dents in the roof, hood, and fenders of my 2025 Buick along with a cracked windshield.
Memphis Collisionworx not only left my car looking brand new again but also made the whole experience a very positive one. From my very first conversation with the receptionist I felt welcome. And after speaking with Jeff, the estimator, I knew I was in very good hands.
I valued his friendliness, the care with which he reviewed the damage, the thoroughness with which he explained each step of the repair process and how he encouraged me to ask questions about anything I didn't understand. He also gave me a very clear idea of the time the repairs would take which proved to be very accurate. And the work itself was done on time and done perfectly with the body beautifully restored and the entire car - exterior and exterior - as clean as when I purchased it new.
That's why I give Memphis Collisionworx my very highest recommendation.
