Memphis Pool Collierville

Ryan is always friendly and very helpful. I have been with another pool company for 10 years but switched to Memphis Pool for all my needs this year because the great service.

Ryan and Rick are always so helpful! We have a new pool and it’s a learning curve, so they have wonderful at helping us figure everything out and keep our pool looking good. Highly recommend!

Ryan provided great advise on caring for my pool. With his help I was able to adjust the pool chemistry back into the correct range.

John provided top notch service. He went above and beyond.

Ryan is a big help on helping me keep my pool clear.

Recently purchased a new home with a pool. Previous owners had a weekly service with Memphis pool. Owner asked about transferring service to me and rather than be honest and tell them I wouldn’t get a spot cause there’s a list they told her I would have to call to initiate the service. When I called to do so I was told they had no slots. This is such a poor business model. If you knew there was a waitlist and the spot was gonna be given to someone else when she canceled you shouldn’t have made it appear like I was gonna be able to obtain your services. I will not use this company nor will I recommend their services to anyone.

We love Memphis pool!! They have been treating us well for years (especially our man John 🙂). He’s always helpful and remembers our whole family every time we walk in. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ryan, thank you so much for your service. You are informative about the products you sell. And when my pool water is good, Ryan don't try to push a sale. See Ryan or James when you visit this location.

Memphis Pool in Collierville has always been the best. Anytime I have been in a situation they have helped me out and saved me so much money. A special thanks to John who always goes out of his way for me. I will always continue to use them for all my pool needs

I took my dolphin in because it recently stopped working and right away they knew what was wrong and fixed it right then and there! Great customer service!
