Customers frequently praise the store for its knowledgeable staff, wide selection of pool supplies, and reliable service for repairs and seasonal opening or closing. Recurring themes include helpful communication and fair pricing for equipment fixes. However, low-star reviews highlight concerns about high service quotes compared to retail prices, missed appointment dates, and recent changes to water testing fees that customers find inconsistent with previous free testing policies.

My husband and I are new pool owners and live nearby this location. Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and offered us information that we didn’t think to ask for. They offer free water testing and provide bottles for you to take samples with. The store carries a wide selection of chemicals and cleaning products as well as floaties and even hot tubs. Their liner display has some beautiful options, too. We can’t wait to continue building a relationship with Memphis Pool Germantown.
UPDATE: I want to add to this review that we’ve used MP for the service department many times and they have been exceptional. Shelby and the whole team including Kevin and others do a great job quickly responding to our problems with the exact solution to get our pool back up and running fast. Excellent service. Thanks again!
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I have been a customer of Memphis Pool for 25+ years and can say without a doubt that it's been one of the best services I've experienced. From the water testing to the technical support to the repairs/maintenance, this company does a first-class job of helping customers take care of and enjoy their pools. No matter what's going on with your pool, go see Barry and the others and they will help you work through it and in some cases improve the enjoyability of your "investment." Thanks Memphis Pool for the years of great service!
The store service at Collierville was very helpful & got a product (new chlorinator) that I needed right away. I reached out to management when I had concerns about a tech working on my pool and they were able to address all of my concerns punctually, professionally & fairly and I definitely appreciated that.

Hi Kelly, Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We are so happy to hear Barry & Vic have provided great customer service! We will be sure to pass the message along to the team!
Their technicians are top notch, imo. I had asked them to come and replace/repair a few things with my pumping system. They diagnosed the issue and the problem was much less expensive to repair than I was expecting. They could have taken advantage of me, but did the right thing. They fixed what needed fixing and didn't fix anything that didn't need fixing. Much appreciated.
