Memphis Pool has been my #1 Pool company for more than 20 yrs- They truly are the BEST ! Excellent high quality service and people - extremely professional and knowledgeable employees. Today, again they came to my rescue- my Polaris stopped functioning properly over the weekend and with this heat along with the leaves starting to fall I just needed it repaired asap. Well their incredible expert Brooks at Getwell diagnosis the issue in under 3 minutes- updated me and had it repaired and I was on my way in record time…. again. Next time I will go straight to Brooks and bypass all the you-tube DYI videos-save yourself time and energy and stress- go see him - Brooks Knows!!! Thank you so Brooks- Memphis Pool I truly appreciate everything- top notch people, all the quality service and products over the years 😉

Customers frequently praise the store's knowledgeable staff, reliable maintenance services, and prompt response times for issues like pump repairs and water testing. Many long-term clients highlight the company's professionalism and helpfulness in explaining pool care needs. However, lower-rated reviews criticize high pricing, poor communication regarding subcontracted concrete work, and instances where repairs failed to resolve underlying problems, leading some customers to seek alternative providers.
