As usual Men in Black communicated when Joe would at the house. Joe called to inform me when he would be there. He came on time checked all traps. No mice. Joe reset all traps.
Update: Xander was the technician today. Very kind and extremely thorough, taking his time to inspect and thoroughly spray, inside & out. Very pleased with his work! Update: Max is no longer with Men in Black, but, today I had the pleasure of meeting Blake! He is a clone of Max in his thoroughness, promptness,…
Men in Black had been great helping us with pest control in our old but beautiful house. Patrick, in particular, was super helpful at their last visit.
George was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of our home! We appreciated all his insight!
We contacted Men in Black for a free inspection. The tech, George, was on time and did a very thorough check. He also provided a treatment which was at a charge of $75.00. He also provided a lot of information. We have used Men in Black in the past for their services and were very pleased. We highly recommend…
Patrick was great, professional, polite, thorough. This is such a good company. I highly recommend them.
I had Max out at my house yesterday to spray for insects and check on rodent traps. He was courteous, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He's great and I hope we'll work with him again in the future.
We had mice in our apartment. Our management company hired them to come out. The tech was on-time, professional, and thorough! He listened to my concerns and observations, and responded with multiple interventions to hopefully solve the issue. We have small children so he was also considerate of coming up with…
I was extremely pleased with the service Men in Black provided. Max was our contact. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions. Very pleasant and professional. I was not happy to have mice in our house but was very happy that I hired this firm😉
**Update** This is an overdue shoutout to Max! He was extremely through, professional, and has a great sense of humor. We really appreciate the service Men in Black has provided to us! ****** My initial contact with the Men in Black team was very positive. They were able to schedule a visit to our home sooner than…
Joe F is simply the best. I’ve used them numerous times over the years and will always be my first call with any pest issue. Great group of folks. Thanks again Joe for easing my mind about the mud dauber thingy that had been hanging out by my front door.
Our first time using MIB and definitely happy with their service & responsiveness. Caught a rat in our crawl space which came in the house through a floor drain. I wasn't sure if we had any other rodents or just the 1, so wanted a professional to come out and inspect. Paid their VERY reasonable inspection fee for…
We have been working with Men In Black Pest Control for about 3 years. They are good about reminding us it's time to come out and reload the outdoor traps and have helped us with mice getting into our house. We have a 100+ year old house in Oak Park and as soon as the weather turns cold we have to stay on top of…
