Joe serviced us today. Joe was very personable right off the phone. He was very knowledgable about all the products and managed to answer questions before we could ask! Joe was also pretty cool as we were able to relate on things like pop culture and pets! Joe is awesome and he deserves a raise.
We have been using Men in Black since 2013 and I am always happy with their service. Latest treatment was residential for ants and spiders. Technician (David D.) was on time, professional, and courteous. Went the extra mile to locate an ant nest outside to get to the root of the problem. 5 stars!
